Knee was pretty painful last night. Had a vicodin before bed, but it was still pretty bad this morning so I surrendered and had another first thing.

Haven't really gotten anything done this morning, except check email and fiddle around with the computer. Have one load of delicates ready to hang dry. Still so tired- think I'll just go back to bed once I've hung things up.

I keep having the wierdest feeling about this trip next weekend. Don't know how to describe it, just that there's a bad feeling hanging over it. Nothing specific, just the idea that it's dangerous to go.

Very odd.

If I'm going to be in Knoxville with most of Saturday afternoon free, I figured I'd see what's around in terms of pagan and historical stuff. Never been there before (though these conventions are there a couple times a year) and I like to get to know the places I visit.

Besides, I figure I'll need a break in the middle of it all, and a nice pagan bookstore/coffee shop might be just the thing!

While searching online, I found a couple of interesting links:

A Christian Witch's Creed is one woman's personal creed and commentary on something that's starting to be known as "trinitarian wicca". It's interesting. She sounds like a very sensible, centered person- I'll have to explore her site more. (warning- coloration and background make it a little hard to read at times, but not too horrible.)

Kris' page of Spirituality, Rockhounding, and Armchair Field Trips. (The armchair field trips caught my eye, and I had to check it out.) A Universalist minister with a great sense of humour. Worth a peek, if only for the armchair field trip links! (Including one to MN that I haven't checked out yet.)

And from her site, A Christian Speaks on the Faith and Path of Wicca by James Clement Taylor, A Christian. Nicely written essay about the pagan path, from a christian perspective. Quotes bible (inc. gospel) verses you don't often hear that relate to pagans, god, and heaven.

I should be working on this project. The client wants to see something Monday, and I'm not very far yet.
