Watching Good Eats and learning about making most excellent pork ribs. He's going down the list of ingredients for the braising liquid, and at the end of the list is two cloves of garlic, crushed. He drops a couple cloves on the counter, and reaches into the drawer for a small block of marble.

"Why garlic?"
