Apr. 4th, 2002 10:27 pmThe interview was, well, an interview. Nothing dazzling, unfortunately. Of course, after I got there and the interviewer started telling me about the positions available, I discovered that she was also looking for html folks and people with writing/editing skills for the project. I'd been told it was all for design, so that's what I was thinking about.
Threw me off balance. Didn't help that I only had design portfolio items with me! Had I known, I could have given them code and writing samples, too.
Grrr.
Feeling pretty frustrated about it; I should have aced the interview, and I suspect very strongly that I didn't. Hopefully I'll still be better than some of the others in some way. This is one of the few times when being a so-called "web generalist" would be to my advantage.
