Woman dies after squirrel plugs propane line

BEMIDJI, Minn. — A woman is dead and a man hospitalized after a squirrel became lodged in a pipe between the furnace and the chimney, causing propane fumes to enter a rural Bemidji home.

The Hubbard County sheriff said John Bennett and Maxine Tischman, 67, were found lying on the floor of the home. Tischman was pronounced dead at the scene. Bennett, who is in his 70s, was taken to North Country Hospital in Bemidji.

Sheriff Gary Mills said investigators found the squirrel lodged in the three-inch pipe after locating strong propane fumes in the area near the furnace.

Dear Erik,
This whole issue gathered momentum when I asked Deeston a very pertinent question about Jenn: "Is she LEGALLY divorced?", this caused Jenn to burst out into crocodile tears (although my comments about her making no attempt to converse with Erik's family in any way since July 4th, did not ignite any tears or feelings) which then brought on the accusations by Jenn of: "questioning my character and integrity". She then proceeded to send, via vomitous email, her legalize ,with all the dates, names, and affirmation that she was legally divorced.

You've made it very obvious that you have serious concern about the nature of my character and integrity. I will do my best to assuage your anxiety. My divorce proceedings became legal on January 10th, 2005 with the signing of the child custody and property settlement after legal separation since October 17, 2003 signed by both my ex husband and me, witnessed by Martha Rodriquez and Jennifer Kwiatkowski, and notarized by Laurie A. Morris, notary public for Madison County, VA whose commission expires May 31, 2007. This document was accepted by the courts on March 11, 2005 and was followed by the complaint for "no-fault" divorce issued to me as the defendant on April 14, 2005 informing me that my marriage would be terminated effective 21 days after the issuance of the complaint, May 5, 2005 VSB#45435 under section 20-91(A)(9) of the Code of Virginia. AT MY DISCRETION, I called Greene County, SHE IS NOT LEGALLY DIVORCED, she has not been served, or Matt has not been served, and there is no, may I repeat NO record of the divorce being finalized.

Now, if something is missing from this legalize paragraph, please forward, so that I might, at my discretion, once again call the proper court in the proper county to see if (person of high moral grounds, whom I dared question character and integrity) is LEGALLY divorced.
Of course Deeston stated, "she has been divorced for a long time".
Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, didn't the "co-signing on the automobile for Matt" pay for him to sign the papers?
