Got home Wednesday evening, and am slowly getting things unpacked.

Got word Thursday that a job I've been hearing about for a couple weeks now is a definite go, starting January 2. Yay! Decent pay, too, which should help me catch up with things just a little bit. This is a major relief.


Doh! Was out to a meeting tonight, and missed the first half of Homicide (Court TV runs it at Midnight CST). What're the odds- it was "Requiem For Adena", an episode which is referred to throughout the run of the show. I hadn't seen it- and I guess I still haven't, really. Bugger!

Went over to meet with Dave, and checked out the site plan. Very nice. Some parts will be a bit tricky, but nothing that we can't make happen. Also found out that he's going to try to get them to pay on weekly invoices- this is a Good Thing!


I've also decided that it's time to do something with the private franchising business I'm involved in. The model makes sense, I'll actually make some money off it my first month out... seems silly to sit on it! Onward...!
