Pathetic, or risque?

I'm getting ready to head out to the job fair this afternoon, so figuring out what to wear. Little problem, in that I'm a bit of an expanding frontier these days. (Well, past couple years- the only downside of Zoloft.) I've finally admitted that there are times when one simply must have assistance.

Yes, I've joined Captain Kirk and Will Riker- "Lace me up Scotty, I'm going out!"

Mind, they wore girdles, and I've got a corset. Which is definitely classier. I doubt they wore black satin jacquard and lace. (And if they did, I don't want to know about it!)

Maybe that question should be vain, or practical?

I just want a waist again, is that so wrong?

I think it's very practical! If you feel good about yourself, you project that out to those around. If wearing a corset helps you to do that, do it! :)

Of course, after all that, I ended up changing and not wearing it. (But the theory still stands!)

Think I was subconsciously trying to find ways of avoiding the job fair... (It ended up being even more dismal than the last, which takes some doing.)
