Went out yesterday, and ended up buying two pair of dressy shorts. I really do need to find a couple of nice, semi-casual tops.
Today I slept most of the day. Forgot to take an aleve this morning, and I think that may have contributed to the problem. Took one a couple of hours ago, and I think I'm noticing a difference, but it's hard to say. I'm still feeling pretty groggy.
Turned on the AC late this afternoon; probably would have done so earlier but I was sleeping. I hate having to resort to the AC, because it gets so stuffy in here once you close the windows, even with having the fan going. (I usually end up leaving the bedroom window open just a crack all winter, to bring in fresh air.)
Just went out to check the drainage tube out of the AC, and discovered it was stopped up. Sounded like the poor thing was gurgling. Used some high-tech cleaning equipment (Q-tips and toothpicks) to clean that, and within a couple minutes well over a cup of water had drained out. It's still draining, but I closed up again to keep the place cool- it's still 85 out, and the humidity is around 70%.
Needed to do some laundry today, but not sure I want to add anything else to the power drain!
