asherisA letter writer (letter to the editor, Monday's Strib) is certain that "President Bill Clinton's inaction with Al-Qaida probably led to the Sept. 11 bloodbath."
I rather suspect that Reagan and Bush giving money, weapons, and training to bin Laden and his flunkies for over a decade had a wee bit more to do with it.
