Feb. 3rd, 2002 07:01 pmPatriots fans (as many ljers I read seem to be in New England)are probably happy to see that the Pats aren't being slaughtered as they were a few years back by "da baarz"
Yeah, broke down and turned it on to see if there are going to be any good commercials this year. (two years at an ad agency, what can I say?) So far I've seen a Dockers ad that was a laugh (the men's little black dress), but that's about it. Since adcritic.com isn't around anymore, no checking on what's what.
Wonder if Fallon did another EDS ad this year... Cat Herding (2000) is a classic (nominated for an Emmy, won at least one EFFIE), though Running of the Squirrels (2001) was popular, too. Kinda cool that the original Cat Herding game is still on the EDS site!
I should be doing laundry or something equally exciting but I'm so tired and achey I can't get myself to bother. Watching "Crossing Over With John Edward: Celebrity Spotlight" instead. Maybe once the latest dose of ibuprofin does it's thing...
Had a call this afternoon from
rothko which was a grand pick-me-up. Felt up to getting up and about for a little after. ;)
