Went over to the gym this morning after a 7:30 meeting, and ran through my weight routine twice before heading for the office.
Ow.
Did a round at my "usual" weight level, doing as many reps as I could (up to 20). Second round, most of the weights went up a notch and I did as many as I could while keeping decent form.
I am very happy that I did so, but I have to admit. Ow!
