The Powerbook is now connected to the network, and this is my first entry from it. Only took how many days to get the ethernet cable I needed... Also discovered that the Macsense Xsense PR-100 router I have DOES work with macs, you just need to download the instructions for the MIH-130A to make sure you have the right settings.

Once I found that out, everything worked perfectly.
