Sent off the resume for the content management position. Yay, me.

Was down to SE MN over the weekend to see my sister in a community theater production of The Creature Creeps. She played the incredibly air-headed blonde; she claims it's not TOO far from her usual self. *wry grin* It was a funny show.

Got back late Sunday afternoon and spent a while cleaning the fish tank- always a thrill and a half. Tomorrow will be laundry and dishes.

Also need to send out invoices marked "past due" for that freelance work I did in January and the first two days of February. Dave's not responding to email at all, and when I've called all I get is the answering machine.

Ashcroft rallies troops with song

Well, sort of. He's insisting that they sing along with his songs at morning meetings, after the prayer meeting.

Apparently he writes his own songs, and they're NOT popular. In the words of one DoJ lawyer, "Have you heard the song? It really sucks."

Apparently he's distributing copies around the office, and arrangements have been made for it to be translated into Spanish.

I wonder how much tax money is being spent on that? Talk about novelty publishing...

Ran errands, and spent a little time at the office. Ran two loads of wash, and a load through the dishwasher.

Oh, that wild and crazy single life.

Tried calling Dave this evening, one last time before sending off the past due invoices, but (again) just got his answering machine. Left a plain message about it. He currently owes me just shy of $1,100. An amount that is enough to make a difference in most people's budgets...

Just hope he doesn't drag things out too much longer. I wonder if I should send them return receipt requested? I always sent them by email before.
