Feb. 13th, 2002 07:13 pmActually dragged my butt out of the house today and went to the office to do some filing. Almost turned 'round and ran screaming after seeing how much had piled up in the intervening month and a half!
Got a good start on it, though. Going to haul my butt over there again tomorrow and do some more. There's no chance I'll run out of work to do.
It was so gorgeous out today (40's again) that I couldn't help thinking I should be getting ready to start seeds- but it's still a few weeks early for that!
Found the gold molly dead this morning. She wasn't looking very robust when I brought her home- I figured if any of them wouldn't make it, it would be her. While I was looking for her, I discovered that yes, the white molly had definitely been pregnant. Through the day she gave birth to six. They're busy hiding in the (plastic) plants. Can't seem to find my nursery container, so they'll have to make good use of the hiding places provided. I suppose I *could* set up the 2-gallon tank for them, but then I'd still have to catch them all!
When I got home today, someone down the hall had made a roast with all the trimmings- you could smell it all the way down the hall. It smelled SO good, I'm absolutely starving now!
