I think I might have nightmares tonight. I'm watching the Blue Planet show about life in the deep seas- there are some freaky-looking fish down there! A lot of them are transparent, others have a strange ability to produce light. I've seen shows about some such creatures, but most of the ones they're showing in this program are things I've never seen.


I never have liked swimming in water I can't see through... while a lot of these creatures live thousands of feet down, I think I'll just avoid most lakes, rivers, and oceans...

Don't get me wrong, this stuff is fascinating. It's just more than a wee bit creepy at the same time!
