Saw the doctor yesterday, and he's quite certain it's a tear of the medial collateral ligament.

At least six weeks of healing time, but most likely it will not require surgery. He did give me a refill on the Vicodin, which I take to mean "it's gonna keep hurting for a while yet".

At least I've got the computer set up on the table (thanks to help from Woody and Jason), so I can spend time online without twisting around to see the monitor while still having my leg propped up!
