Nov. 30th, 2001 12:45 pmRighto.
Bread sliced up for toasting, artichoke dip mixed up and in the pan, sitting in the fridge ready to pop into the oven. Punch base is mixed up (sort of, the frozen juices are still thawing and mixing in). All the trays are out, just need rinsing off and loading up.
Dishwasher's running, I'm having a bit of lunch (the ends of the Frech loaves, with a couple slices of the cheese, and I suspect some of the black olives won't make it into the serving dish... *grin*), and "the boys" (Woody and Jason) and I are watching Blackadder's Christmas Carol to get in the holiday mood.
Decorating is yet to be done. And some cleaning. (Hope I can get Woody to do SOME of this- it's his house, after all!!)
Getting to be a long day!
How DOES my mother do this for family things all the time? Of course, she gets to do it all in her own kitchen, rather than packing everything up and hauling it elsewhere, and hoping you've remembered everything!
